What will you do

You will be responsible for leading the development and evolution of Lab’s products, connecting business vision, user needs, and technological capabilities. Your role will be to turn opportunities into tangible products by defining what to build, why to build it, and how to measure whether we are creating meaningful impact. You will work closely with clients, users, designers, engineers, and business leaders, driving the entire product lifecycle — from discovery and problem definition through launch, learning, and scaling.

Responsibilities

Lead the full product development lifecycle, from discovery through evolution and scaling; Identify problems and opportunities based on user needs, data, market dynamics, technology, and business objectives; Turn complex problems into clear product opportunities by defining vision, strategy, and priorities; Build and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the products under your responsibility; Set priorities and make product decisions based on impact, evidence, business context, and execution capacity; Work closely with engineering and design to turn ideas into real products and experiences; Write product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other specifications needed to guide product development; Lead discovery processes, user interviews, hypothesis validation, prototyping, and solution testing; Build and launch MVPs and new features quickly, validating as much as possible before scaling; Track product and business metrics, identifying insights and opportunities for continuous improvement; Continuously improve product experience, usability, adoption, retention, and value creation; Coordinate stakeholders and align Product, Technology, Design, Growth, and Business teams around priorities; Participate directly in client meetings to understand problems, present solutions, validate hypotheses, and capture new insights; Make fast decisions in highly ambiguous environments, balancing speed, quality, and impact; Identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to product development; Stay ahead of trends in technology, user behavior, new business models, and global products to bring new references and opportunities to Lab; Measure product impact after launch and turn learnings into new decisions and continuous product improvement cycles.

Requirements

Hands-on experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in product leadership roles; Proven experience building and launching digital products; Ability to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and continuous evolution; Strong ability to translate business problems and user needs into effective product solutions; Experience working closely with engineering and design teams; Knowledge of Product Discovery, MVP development, prototyping, and hypothesis validation methodologies; Ability to use data and metrics to inform product decisions; Strong prioritization and roadmap planning skills; Solid understanding of technology and the ability to work effectively with engineers; Ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable product requirements; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present product decisions and rationale to different audiences; Highly analytical, curious, hands-on, and impact-driven mindset; Strong autonomy and the ability to make decisions and move forward in uncertain and ambiguous environments; Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with a high level of ownership and responsibility; Ability to work across different industries, clients, and business contexts.
