Lab's Engineering team is formed by the Data, Infrastructure, Security and Software Development areas. These areas are responsible for building innovative products and services for Laborit and our customers. What will you do

The teams are autonomous in the organization and daily decisions, work in a hybrid way, remote and in person (we have our own metaverse here) and are encouraged to learn and share knowledge. We hold Tech Talks every Friday and offer a variety of scholarships and incentive programs. The software we build today is the basis for dozens of services from Lab and our customers in the future, we have a strong sense of ownership in everything we do, we know the importance of continuing to learn to lead the future, we always act responsibly and we are proud of building software with tests, patterns and other good practices of the Art of programming.

Responsibilities

As a Data and AI Engineer, you will work on new products and experiences for our customers and help maintain current operations. You will have the opportunity to learn and expand your development knowledge and will be encouraged to think with our users, product vision, metrics and data in mind to help Lab scale and execute the roadmap in the markets we are operating in. Requirements

Solid experience in the area; Have proficiency in back-end technologies; Have proficiency in database technologies; Knowledge of Big Data frameworks. Experience with a cloud environment (preferably AWS); Experience in Machine Learning. Desirable: Product & startup mindset; Experience with data streaming; Experience with NLP (Natural Language Processing) and question answering systems; Understanding of design for security, scalability, performance and availability of AI models; Have mastery in implementing Rest APIs and microservices; Have knowledge in Design Patterns, data structure, clean code, algorithms and GIT versioning.
